A group of rogue martial artists take over a peaceful city and it is down to Hikaru, an ex-con fresh out of a five-year prison sentence for manslaughter, to take out the violent gang. She recruits other martial arts heroes to destroy the criminals and will use her legendary Whip Fist Karate.
