W.P.C. Dean is livid the Inspector Fox is going to marry the Honorable Fanny. Flagg decides to take Penrose on a stake out at the White Horse Inn. They looking for a man who is pinching women's bottoms in the park.

P.C's Penrose and Buttress are trapped in a tree when a man starts harassing a group women while dressed in a leotard and sou'wester and riding a bike. Inspector Fox interviews a burglar while rehearsing a ballroom dance routine.

With Sergeant Flagg and P.C. Buttress at a function in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, P.C. Penrose in charge of Slagcaster station. Inspector Fox reinvents himself as Sherlock Holmes. Clogger brings in a drunk who needs help.
